There's stuff between the driver's side headlight and the PDC. As you go rearward from the headlight along the fender, it is the first electronic module you hit. Recessed, and standing up like a book. A couple of screws that can be tricky to get to - just take your time.

Thankfully I weasel-worded it. LOL!
TCM's from a salvage yard are something like $25-$50. Get one from any '01 LH car that has the 3.2 or 3.5 engine (
www.car-part.com).
