OEM or parts stores brand? Also, did this problem start after installing the sensor(s) or, did you replace sensors trying to solve this issue?

The problem started after replacing the PCM I replaced the sensors trying to solve the problem! Both sensors are BWD. I believe they make the OEM brand for chrysler!

I see. When the PCM was replaced, did you have the vehicles VIN written to the PCM? Also, if you have SKIM, (Forgive me if I am replying while tired), did the new PCM get the secret key info transferred from the SKIM module?

IIRC one of the final steps is to either manually program the VIN into the PCM or, perform a routine known as "PCM Replaced" in the SKIM module. If you do the "PCM Replaced" function, it will automatically write the VIN to the new PCM and transfer "Secret Key" Data. I really don't have any details on secret key but, all the training I went through recommends transferring it whenever a PCM or SKIM module is replaced.

got the PCM as a remanned and it came pre-flashed with the VIN and the SKIM! Both times

I'm not sure how they manage to pre-flash the secret key data. Also, I'm not completely sure that's where the problem lies. Is it possible for Pop to take it to the old dealership and "Borrow" a DRBIII for a few tests?

He works at the plant In Belvedere and doesn't have access to one I have suspected the IAC the hole time but don't have a way to test it! My dad has a friend that is going to loan him a snap-on scanner!

That's cool however, transferring "Secret key" data between the PCM and SKIM is still probably beyond the capability of the Snap-On scanner.

EDIT: IIRC, once the factories went to the can-bus systems, all the PCI bus scanners were done away with. I say "Done away with" because I have never seen the scan tools they use at the factory for LH cars. I have been told they somewhat resemble the DRB but, have many extra functions.

Ok Im finally taking it to the dealer tomorrow after work! The company I got the PCM from Is going to pay the bill if it fixes it! Ha do they think I will tell them it didn't!

Well the dealer told me the IAC was stuck but wouldn't cause the problem and the PCM stays powered on with the key out of the ignition! So needs a new PCM I called All Computer Resource and they are saying there is something wrong with the car dealer says there NOT But they are going to send me a 3rd PCM!
