you can ground your amps to the back seat bolts ... under that part of the seat you sit on when that pops up.. there are also unused bolts with plastic caps on them you can use as ground pull the back seats down. i have very little alt whine i can post a pic of my setup tomorrow.

Nothing major. I ran my cables, back behind the factory amp, in that small hole. Which honestly, being new to all of this, was a major PITA! Almost ran out of wire for the power to the battery...Loved it.

Needless to say All i have now is minor dimming, But I am assuming that's because this thing sucks up all my batteries juice!



Takes up half my trunk! Barely have room for my spare antifreeze/coolant container :(


But! She is done, just have to tuck a few wires back !

edit - noticed my one speakers adhesive. That's actually held up great for the past week. 4+ years going strong!

The back seat bolts aren't a great ground location. A lot of dirt and junk falls down the crack in the rear seats into that area and you don't get the greatest contact on the frame with that location. You generally want the terminal you use to have direct metal to metal contact with the frame, not just the bolt/nut. It can work, but it certainly isn't what I'd recommend.
