The actuator is part of the door latch, and they are unique per door - you will have to use a LF door latch - but the good news is that any 1998-2004 LH platform car will work for you.
Got mine at a junkyard. Once you get the inside door panel off, pretty easy R&R. IIRC just a couple TORX bolts, and the plastic connectors are color coded. You MIGHT have to unbolt the window rail in order to get the latch mechanism out.
Treat the little plastic clips with care - they can break, and can be troublesome to find sometimes. Wouldn't hurt to have spares when you go to re-install.
