havent received mine yet either. For the record, they just changed their user ID from hibuy to something unintelligible and their page wont let me view the negative feedback comments because of the name change. hrmmmm. lol. i do have a tracking number but it doesnt even show that it was picked up or dropped off.

Same boat here. I have a tracking number but does not come back with any info. I will give it a few more days then open up a claim with Ebay if nothing changes.

I got that exact same reply.
I opened up a claim with Ebay a couple days ago. I imagine I'll get a refund within a few days.
Edit: Just got another email from Ebay and they are sending a refund. That was quick.
