Check the wiring, and the primary circuit condensers (little black block bolted to each valve cover, about the middle, with one green wire attached to them). One of those could be shorted. Check the ignition fuses as well. If a fuse is cracked, not blown, it could cause an intermittent connection. Since each coil is on a separate driver in the ECM, it makes me think there is an issue with the power side of the primary circuit to the coils. That circuit powers all the coils at once, the negative side is grounded by the ECM when it wants a coil to fire, 6 separate driver circuits. If fuses/condensers are good, ignition switch is another possibility.
