3.3 snapped nipple topside behind water pump
I recently was replacing a hose going from just under the thermostat to the topside of the water pump in back. The nipple on the topside behind pump snapped while taking the other end of the hose off. is that a threaded nipple or am i screwed and have to replace that whole front piece :( ? Or can I do a somewhat cheap repair to it as I don't have much money to buy a whole new piece? The motor is a 3.3 on a 97 intrepid. Any help in this matter is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you.

WELCOME from North Dakota (I am originally from Cedar Rapids!).
Do you have a picture of it? I'm not currently sitting by my 3.3 to look at it, but I can look at it this evening.

You won't be able to post directly since you are so new, but if you have a photobucket (or similar) account, post there and post the link.

I believe it is threaded, but I'm not sure right now. I'll see if I can find a 3.3 owner online currently to look at it now, but I will be looking at it in a few hours myself.
I posted your three pictures in my post above for others to reference.

In the buy sell trade section of the forum, you can post a "wanted" posting.
I'm not in a place to harvest one, or I'd just send you one I've got... But my engine is still sitting in the car.
