So why have the Dodge teams had such a poor Nascar season this year? The ONLY Dodge to get into victory lane has been Ryan Newman, four times!

What is his team doing that the other Dodge teams aren't doing or sharing with them?

Also, there are only two Dodge's in the top 10 in the points standings, Newman at #9 and Rusty Wallace at #10?

Is is because they are still fresh and new to the scenery, being in only their third year back in Nascar?

Just seems like they qualify well, but can't finish things off.....any thoughts?

I dont know about you, but I think the Dodge's ran pretty well at the Brickyard. Just look at Jamie McMurray and Jimmy Spencer. Jimmy finished 8th and Jamie finished 4th. That was a good day for the Dodge Boys!!!!!

Dodge threw in alot of dough when they signed up Roger Penske, and they gave him lots of extra attention to help his teams catch up to the other Dodge teams.
So the Penske teams were free to concentrate on building the new engines/bodies without having to contend with all of the Nascar BS that had been thrown at the '01 and '02 Dodge teams while they were trying to compete on a weekly basis.
