I dont know about you, but I think the Dodge's ran pretty well at the Brickyard. Just look at Jamie McMurray and Jimmy Spencer. Jimmy finished 8th and Jamie finished 4th. That was a good day for the Dodge Boys!!!!!
Dodge threw in alot of dough when they signed up Roger Penske, and they gave him lots of extra attention to help his teams catch up to the other Dodge teams.
So the Penske teams were free to concentrate on building the new engines/bodies without having to contend with all of the Nascar BS that had been thrown at the '01 and '02 Dodge teams while they were trying to compete on a weekly basis.
