anybody know how to replace em???
or could it be the head gasket???but I dont see no oil leaking,
I see blue smoke everytime i drive off from a red light.

you could test compression.
this would place the problem with in the combustion chamber or at the valve seals.

I was having the problem once and a while. I talked to the service manager and he said to change the pcv valve and clean the air intake with manifold cleaner then see what happens. Sure enough the PCV was filthy and the intake was gummed up. $4 dollar repair. See if it works. Remember to use the whole can of manifold cleaner.

I've already changed the PCV and the Hose aswell, but didnt think about the air intake. I'll try that and update you guys.

Is manifold cleaner and throttle body cleaner the same thing????

air intake wouldn't have anything to do really with blue smoke would it? blue smoke is usually traced to the actual combustion chamber, which narrows it down to piston rings, or like he said, something like valve guide seals.

hmm.. if he had a lot of crankcase pressure for some bad reason, then the PCV would be venting enough oil into the incoming air charge to cause blue smoke

but thered have to be a reason that the crank case was being pressurized...

but if it was the pistons/rings I'd have noticed some difference in performance/power.

If its blue smoke & consuming more oil I'd go with worn piston rings. Can you smell burning oil? Worn rings wouldn't always give you reduced power.

Head gasket - you would feel reduced power & more than likely be loosing coolant.
