actually you can swap out the concorde cluster for one from an intrepid... it just requires rotation of the left side plug from vertical to horizontal (and notching out the back plastic piece). i did this on my 96 concorde and everything works great... i would assume an autostick cluster would also work correctly

How much it costs depends on where you get the parts. The dealer will rape you, so you usually have to go scrap yard hunting.
Expect to pay $75-$120 for the TCM alone.

I have a few questions and information on this subject. First of all I'm a tiny bit confused on the wiring plug. If I understand correctly you have to only run 4 additional wires from the shifter to the new tcm correct? I assume you only got the plug cause it has physical holes to allow you to plug onto the new tcm where the old one wouldn't go on? If thats the case I can see why otherwise you have to drill the plug out and that would never work out in the end. Or are the 93 to 95 plugs stamped for the holes and just not pressed out? I've found it extremely hard to find this plug anywhere so far, let me know for sure if you can buddy.
Ok my information, I have found remanufactured autostick tcm's for around $131 to $145 at various dealers. Just use the provided part number given for the tcm and add an R in front of it. There is also a 40 dollar core charge too but no worries if you want your old one still, 40 bucks isn't crap. Also for the shifter part number I'm being told the one in this how-to is wrong and the right one is 4882524AC (which I've found new from dealers for around 90 to 100 bucks). For the center bezel piece that part number is correct.

I could have used my original plug in my install, but I didnt like drilling out my old connector in case I messes it up and didnt have a new one. The place where I got my tcm offered the plug to me so I thought it easiest just to splice all of the wires in. If you find that you need to drill and wire the 2 new wire locations. (pin 5 and 44) then you can do that but please dont ruin your connector.
Parts numbers have been updated in the how-to. Thank you

Just so everyone knows ottowokr told me 94 and 96 treps have the same plug, seems to be a 93 issue with the pins. Just have to get the two wires you need in the old plug and then your fine.

I have column shift. Please tell me:
Autostick TCM does not have "3" nad "L", right?
Autostick is active when I shift to previous "L" position?

Correct.

The previous "3" position is what actually signals the autostick TCM to go into the autostick mode.
I don't think I've yanked the shifter all the way down to L. I suppose the TCM would ignore it and stay in autostick if you did though.

So you can switch between autostick and your normal transmission easily right?

To locate the tcm, it is under the hood in the engine compartment. You must remove the battery and the battery tray in order to get to the tcm on the right hand side of the engine compartment. (looking at the engine) Remove the 4 bolts holding it in place and remove the center bolt that holds the connector in. Now you are ready to remove the tcm.

I got brave and ran a little test: Pulled my column shifter all the way down to the "L" position and it remained in autostick with no effect whatsoever. So, it appears that the "L" schedule is not programmed into the autostick TCM, which makes sense since the "L" position isn't even reachable with the stock autostick shifter.

Ok, I understand the function and install, but if I do this, do I have the option, still, to let the trans shift itself(automatic), or does this completely override and disable the normal function?
