Yes today was very scary, just that one or so minutes of play where our offense (primarily O line) just totally lost it.

Oh and LSU got damn lucky making it out of Auburn alive. A win is a win though and good job by LSU.

We def. can't play like this against Penn St. We also had too many false start penalties. We had got to get these issues addressed before next week.

The way I see it, I think Morelli is gonna choke as he usually does on big games. It's gonna be a close one, no doubt about it. The 12th man at this game is nuts. The sure as hell do "white out" OSU when we come in to town. I hope we can get this phased out of our minds. Loud noise practices are going to be the key this week. I'm really hoping College Gameday goes somewhere else, but I am highly doubting that.

Man this game means a lot to me. 6 of my cousins have graduated from Penn St. and 6 of us (Next year it will be 7 after I graduate) have graduated from Ohio St. Whoever wins has bragging rights for the year. We even get togeather for the game in which state it's played in and have a trophy that goes to the winner.

so, if we look at the last 15 drafts, so-called linebacker u has had 4 fewer linebackers drafted (14 versus 10). the separation between the average draft positions for each school was 38 (88th versus 126th). that's more than a whole rounds difference! finally, comparing average linebacker ranks, the difference is 7 (11th versus 18th).

by the way... for how many drafts has penn state been in the big ten? yep, that's right. 15.

I'm definitely worried about penn state still, but it's a winnable game. I am glad we had a bit of a scare against Michigan state that we survived that will help us get our heads in the game for the big ones coming up.

Like I said before, we need to get morrelli on the run and hit him hard and often and he'll make mistakes.
