Engine has a noticible power loss

Drove a buds 300M today. His M was smooth and fast in responding when the pedal was hit. When I drove mine I noticed it lagged and definitely had a noticeable power loss compared to his. We have the same parts, stock, and his has 25k miles more.

Any opinions as to why this is? I will be honest from what I can conclude can it be my O2 sensors? They are the only thing I have not changed since I bought the car.

01Intrepid - I allowed my bud to drill it hard on the E-way. He is much better driver than me and he agreed to notice the power loss.

XGX - I know everyone has their own opinions, but does seafoam really work? Seen some mixed reviews about it so figured I'd ask. If I'm not mistaken its 1/3 in fuel tank, 1/3 engine, and where does the rest go?

intrepid.luvah - None right now. It puzzles me as I just did a huge tune up. It rides much better than before, but still not up to par with other 300Ms.
