didn't see the speed channel ad, but this stuff is just another fuel additive... most fuel additives try to remove deposits in an engine. seafoam is not an additive. you can add it to fuel, oil or inject into intake system... they even have a special tranny seafoam that removes deposits and cleans valve body pathways... I'm sorry but trying to compare seafoam to zmax would be like trying to compare an Intrepid to a semi (18-wheeler) - there is just no comparison...

for fun sometime, read and google the ingredients for seafoam... there are some very powerful cleaners in that stuff... Things you don't find everywhere else...

personally, since finding seafoam I haven't used any other fuel or oil additive.

anyways... just my .02

Actually the ad states it can be added to oil or fuel. They have a separate transmission additive though. Just a lil fyi.

I too looked into this product. I went with seafoam since the reviews on this stuff were worse. I forgot who but somebody actually went ahead an sued zmax at some point.
