depending on what the check engine light is on for. and the last time the timing belt water pump was done, I might pull the trigger on Thurs for this. What do you think?

$2500 for 152k miles.
It's probably a 3.5 but still 152k miles.
That's a lot of miles.
It's on it's last legs.
The suspension is falling a part and the engine is being held together with Lucas Oil additive.

152k really isn't that bad. My car has 140k and is still running like a champ. It all depend show it was maintained. Price isn't terrible and prices of things are always negotiable! Maybe he will take $2k

Limited will be a 3.5. It has the California Wood package. I'd be tempted if it were closer to $2k.

The major issue is whether the timing belt/water pump have been done at the 100k mile interval. If not it's a ticking time bomb!

Timing belt is not a big issue really, just do it. Nice looking car but prices rather high, I'd say its worth more like $1800
