weird rattle sound gone

ever since i did my inner tie rod bushing ive had this weird rattle when idleing and low rpms but could never figure it out. i said **** it and left it be. well yesterday when i was doing my routine check i noticed something shinny sitting on the tranny. now you seen my engine theres nothing shiny about it so im like wtf. i reach my hand in there twisting it ways it shouldnt twist and grabbed the shiny thing. it ended up being a 22mm socket.

it was just the 2nd intake airbox.

ive told people that ever since you guys were bitching its idlers and other parts (which it isnt). For stock intakes, that little box right above the intake tube rattles on the body hence the sound comes only from the pass side.

So when they fixed the car the plug in wire probably went into that hole and stopped that box from rattling hence the sound is gone. Mine did it for a week until i figured it out and it has been non existent for about 1.5 years now.

People with CAI obviously lost the issue as soon as they removed the entire intake tube so the sound is also gone.
