Dual note horns = 2 horns, 1 high note, 1 low note.
Cargo dress up = underlid cover and net.
Touring susp. could have been ordered.
7 additional gallons = reserve I think.
Tinted glass = they were all tinted as already stated (greenish)
Monotone paint = already stated.
Cowl mounted hood release = ? maybe they call the door sill a cowl, or the rad. support a cowl.

You don't "access" the dual note horns.
They are two distinct horns under the PCM/Evap. can area.
Both wired to your horn button.
If you only hear one note, one is missing or not working.

Or you just cant hear it ...there IS a reason its a dual note horn. Its a safety thing, some people cant hear high and some people cant hear low. If you have both, then theres a better chance people can hear you.

idk about the hood release, the cowl is where the wipers are mounted but that doesnt make any sense. There is always something funky on these build sheets..

touring suspension is base plus different spring rates, larger front sway bar, and maybe different bushings.
