Ever feel like you have too much to do...?

I don't post a whole lot but I really need to vent a bit so....

Do you ever feel like you are so far behind in car repair chores that you will never get caught up?

I feel like I am constantly working on cars and I just never get "finished" or at least down to a managable list. All the drivers have take a back seat to my getting the GTX finished but I have kept up with oil changes and brakes but the list of repairs ahead is just getting me down, I seriously need some time off to get caught up. Here's my list, I'm sure you have your own

97 Intrepid ES
Engine cradle bushings
Bearing hubs
Air not working
(just did intake gasket, wires, plugs, stabilizer links and inner tie rod bushings)

97 Intrepid SE (not plated yet)
Brakes
Headlights just work on highbeam (they are dull enough so you don't notice)
(just did inner tie rod bushings)

96 Intrepid ES (just purchased)
Air
EGR
Needs tires

98 Durango
Front bumper and fender (got them painted, now they need to be installed)
Air, needs a new evaporator core, big PITA
Need tires before winter
(just did bearing hubs, upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, trans fluid change, painted and installed a new tailgate

OK, I'm done bitching

I'm on my 11th LH Car!

2010 F150 FX4 34k
2004 Impala LS 64K

'97 Intrepid 3.3
-Top end currently torn apart waiting on the heads to come back from the machine shop (blown head gasket). Never done this before so I'm praying it goes back together.
-Tie rod ends (at least)

'96 Intrepid ES 3.5
-Replace timing belt and water pump because of mileage (105K)
-Replace intake gaskets (rough idle)
-Replace driver's door lock actuator
-Replace passenger side Tie Rod End (driver's side replaced but I didn't have a short 22mm socket that day so the passenger one didn't get replaced)

'93 Astro van
-Driver's side window won't roll up or down (something broken inside because you can move the glass with your hand. Window motor still works)
-Need to find a replacement passenger door lock switch

1970 Kawasaki A7 Avenger 2 stroke motorcycle
-Waiting on a used CDI unit that hopefully works
-Find and replace throttle cables
-Replace or recover seat

I share your pain

Those triples are bad ass. Don't handle for crap but in a straight line they are heart stoppers...lol

Mine is a two stroke twin that I picked up for free. I got it because except for the CDI unit it was a complete bike which is rare for something that old. I hope to have it running soon.

Finished replacing engine in brothers intrepid a few months back.

Finished replacing the engine in my mothers durango about a month ago.Along with the addition of the tow package and the Jeep nav unit.

To do list-

R/T-Brakes,plugs,timing belt/water pump.

I2's trep-Brakes, Shift kit,pcm, trans flush.

Durango-Brakes,rear window motor,Both bumpers including steel supports,Low and hi pressure p/s lines.

This week I spent some time chasing a misfire on the wifes Grand Cherokee. The bosh plats plus plugs that I put in looked like shit after only 10k, but I got my money back for them anyhow.

Next week I'm taking in another trep, a white SE with the notorious 2.7 being swapped out for......we shall see!!

Between the 3 motors I should get some decent money on all the alum once I strip them down.

I need a f'n garage, Im this close to laying a concrete pad down to work on!.

So I'm not alone, feeling a bit better now

Feels like I am maitaining a fleet that is driven by a bunch of blind chimps, the stuff breaks faster than I can fix it and all the parts store employees know me

My goal is to get all these things in decent shape before the weather turns
