Sebring Heat

Buddy has a 04 Sebring where the heat only works on high fan, also it only blows thru the dash vents. If we change the heater resistor I figure that will only fix the heat on the low fan position. I suspect the damper has a problem as well. Any comments? (I have never worked on a Sebring)

Is this a coupe, sedan or convertible Sebring? If its a sedan or convertible then its fairly similar to the Trep. If its a coupe, then its more of a Mitsubishi and its an entirely different animal lol.

On my Trep, when the resistor blew, the fan didn't work at all. Taken from the Haynes manual, "If the blower speed does not operate at all, the problem could be a bad fuse, switch, blower motor resistor, mower motor or blower motor circuit wiring."

The only blowing air through the dash vents could be a sticking door actuator. How many miles are on it?
