Dragging Sound

On my 2003 Chrysler 300m 3.5 I have a dragging sound coming from my left rear wheel when the car is moving at a slow speed. Can you tell me if this is a brake or wheel hub bearing issue. Also on the front driver side there is a bumping feeling coming from the floor broad that you can feel with your feet on the inside of the car while driving 45/55 miles per hour. Thanks

There have been cases of brake pad rivets rusting and the pad material separating front the backing plate. Check for that and check condition of the parking brake shoes before concluding a bearing problem.

First guess on the bumping on floor board is either bad sway bar bushings or sway bar end links. Either will cause bumping noise on any bumps like small pot holes or other pavement irregularities - it can make it feel like the whole front end is about to fall off, though there is no danger.
