If they had the same design scheme (i.e., PCI bus, and that the cluster could play for either team - except for '98 LH, which had different parts for A/S vs. non-A/S cluster), then most likely yes. With LH cars, in some years/trim pacakages, the up- and down-shift wires between PCM (or TCM as the case may be) and shifter were run at the factory even if not A/S, and in other years, you have to run those wires yo' damn self - your mileage may vary with T&C. For later years with CANbus (as with LX platform), probably all bets are off unless you know how to program stuff.
