Help valve spring

So i decided i was capable of a head gasket repair on a 2004 intrepid 2.7l.I was. Successfully repaired it no longer over heats. Heres my new dilemma. I didnt record which rocker went where. I tightened them down in theloosening sequence. I torqued them to 9 ftlbs, also i assume wrong. Started right up i got the timing right. After 4 tries. Drove a block, lots of crunch sounds and died. A rocker arm fell off both sides and a spring from exhaust lifter popped off. Help!
