'04 Intrepid ES, Frost Problem

Hey guys,

Strangest thing happened to my car this morning. It happened to be about -20c or so, and when I got into the car I noticed there was frost built up on the inside of my rear windshield. I've never seen this before and I was wondering if someone could tell me whether its something I should be concerned about. The frost was ONLY built up on the inside of the rear windshield and on no other windows.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys

That does seem odd. Often water gets in from shoes/snow causing frost inside but not just the back window. If I were you, I think I'd look to see if water is leaking into the trunk somehow - maybe a bad seal. A wet trunk might cause frosting on the rear window only. Good luck!

Are the carpets wet?

Sudden changes in temperature do weird things. When I opened the garage door of my unheated garage on a mild day. All the windows and chrome on my truck were wet from condensation.
