Go to O'reily's auto parts or other sell these and get the quick strut. 259 per front and 199 per rear. All you do is un bolt the bottom two bolts, hose, abs, the sterring link and the top bolts holding the strut in place. when the old strut is out chuck the strut and and replace with a brand new assembly spring and all. this makes for a brand new ride feeling. well worth the money.

Not only an upgrade, but also much cheaper. Dealer price is about USD 150.00 for the two uppers and two lowers in the front... Polybushings has a full set for front and back for 199: Also check, your uppers might still be ok, it is the lowes that really take a beating... Be aware they are somewhat of a PITA to replace. Quite time consuming...
from the polybushings website:

Polyurethane Coil Spring Isolators
Coil springs have a rubber seat or cushion, called isolators.
These are on the top and on the bottom of the coil springs.
The factory rubber ones wear out fast, being made of poly-foam.
These are made from suspension grade, solid polyurethane so they
will last for many years.

Fits 2nd generation from 1998 to 2004.
Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler 300M, Concorde, LHS, and New Yorker.

Kit part number PB1065
Price $199 plus Shipping ($10)

Kit includes:
two upper front isolators
two lower front isolators
two upper rear isolators
two lower rear isolators
That is a total of all 8 isolators you need for the complete
replacement of the coil spring isolators on one car.

2002 Intrepid R/T, silver - 141,xxx miles
1979 Magnum XE, scarlett and grey (OSU) - 138,xxx miles
R.I.P. Kyle G Meyer - only the good die young

I don't know but correct me if im wrong. If your isolators are that bad you think your struts would be bad too?

Somewhat. The isolators are just a foamy type of rubber. I would just replace the strut while I was there.
