Question Wheel HUB Dust Cap HELP

Ok guys/gals. I've been so frustrated trying to find this part. I am looking for the front two dust caps (for wheel hub) for a 1999 intrepid (es). I've literally been to junk yards (they just have the rear caps), auto parts dealers (autozone, oreilly's, etc), and even the dealer and am still unable to find the part.

Attached to the message is an image of the part that I am researching. I just need to know WHERE I can find it, preferably without having to purchase the entire hub assembly to get that 1 part.

Thanks a million ahead of time!!!

You don't even need it honestly, I wouldn't worry about it.

I know I don't have to technically have the caps, but the hubs are exposed to the air because the wheel doesn't have the front cover. With driving that this car does, I would like to get it on there. Besides, the work I've done to restore the car (from what it was) deserves those caps. I'm using them as a contrast from the black that I've set up.

the hub isn't exposed to any air. The hub is a enclosed unit yes it might help keep the axle nut from being dusty but that is it and dust will brush off, either way the splines are gonna get rusted and become stuck from the other side of the hub.

Excuse me...you are 100% correct. I'm just trying to cover the axle nut as it looks horrible as a rust color.

Understandable, the reason your having such a hard time finding one is cause i don't think these cars ever came with them since they are enclosed hubs no need for them. Your best bet is prob grab some spray paint and shoot it in there.

Well it is interesting that you say that because the rear wheels have them. I find it odd that the front wheels do not. It's sprayed down right now, but that isn't a permanent solution. I guess I may have to fab something for it to look ok.

The rear also don't have CV axle's going threw the hub. The rear hub might not be an enclosed unit I don't know. You could always try stealing some off the rear of another and maybe they'll fit?

The ones on the rear should fit the front.
