Oil cooler fitting? is there a trick?

I've had this oil cooler fitting on my car changed 3 times and its' still leaking and me and my friend who is a mechanic who has been changing the part for me, we can't figure out why it's still leaking out of the fitting, we've changed the part 3 times and it doesn't make any sense that it's still leaking unless we just keep getting a bad part. I'll upload a picture.

it goes from the pan to the block.

Is the line bad? The flare or nut on the line might be damaged or bent. If its leaking out of where the fitting threads into the pan some permatex thread sealant should take care of it.
