Smoke from Tail pipe

On my 1999 'Trep I am getting a bunch of smoke from my tailpipe. I expect some smoke as car is warming up in cold winter morning, but the smoke is still there a 30 minutes later.

Anyone else getting this.

Smoke or water vapor?

In the cold months I get a constant stream of water vapor coming out of my tail pipe, even after driving a couple hours.

Should not be getting smoke, as in burnt oil out of the tail pipe at all I would think. If its only at start up thats a sign of worn valve seals, the trade mark of a Chevy.
