cooling fan motors and shroud

hello, i have a 97 intrepid, 3.5 and im in need of replacing my cooling fan motors, or the whole shroud,,, so if anyone can offer any advice as to replacing just the motors,,, or replacing the whole shroud. which one is better, and is there anything i should know before trying this,,,,?

My personal suggestion would be to change the fuses first and that may fix the problem. On my 95 3.5, the fuses on the fans went out which cause the water pump to overwork and roll a loaf on me. Try to fix it before it gets too hot outside.

i have a fan problem,, i have tried everything,,, i even checked the power right up to the fan,,, i have power going in to the fan, but it aint turning,,,, the problem absolutly is the fan motors, or just the passanger side one,,,, which seems to ground the other one,,, so neither is working,,,
