Question Intrepid 2nd Gen lowering kits? anybody have one??

Hey

I'm curious if anyone has a 2nd generation lowering kit? I heard that Intraxx makes a 1.80 f/r kit. Does anyone have it or have a similar kit? Any thoughts on it?? ANY PICS??? I'm not sure if I want to put one on as a starting point to my new found system.

BTW if anyone has any audio questions, email me. I'm MECP certified and a full time installer.

But is there anyone with a lowering kit? I'm curious if anyone has any experience with a particular manufacturer?

i don't think there is anyone out there making a lowering kit for treps, the closest you will come to are lowering springs Intraxx doesn't make them anymore if i remember correctly. Treptech is the only ones that will have lowering springs for the trep. Speaking of which did they start selling them yet???

Springs are available from Intrax and H&R (though for H&R you have to order the 300M kit). There are issues with vibration due to missaligned drive shafts though. The H&R kit comes with engine and transmission spacer to help relieve this issue. I'm not sure the the Treptech stuff is available yet, but it should come with spacers as well.

As for pics, check out the imaging forums. There are several members with the springs installed that show before and after pics...
