I think... that the 2.7 is faster than the 3.3. But don't quote me on that.

I think we worked it out to go like this:

1st 3.3 < 2nd 2.7 < 2nd 3.2 < 1st 3.5 < 2nd 3.5

I know that the first gen 3.5 is faster than the second 3.2. and am quite sure the R/T's and SXT's are the fastest. I think we gave the 2.7 the edge just cuz it has 40 more HP than the 3.3, (but then again, the 3.2 has 6-10 more than the 1st 3.5, but it gets a lickin.... who knows?)

So where does the 2G 3.5L LO engine fit it? It should be faster than the 3.2L, but is it faster than the 1G 3.5L?

I was reading mopar now and they raced a dakota R/T 5.9 against a 4.7, and even though teh 5.9 has more ponies and more torque, the 4.7 spanked it every time.

According to the Allpar.com site, the 1st 3.5 < 2nd 3.2 (0-60)
