Exclamation 2.7 Replacement

I need a quick question answered asap. I found a 2004 wrecked Intrepid with a good working 2.7 in it. Does something need to be done to make that work in my 2001 with a 2.7. I know that if you are swapping a 2.7 from and 01 out for a 3.5 from a 2002- 2004 you have to make some changes, but is it the same for the 2.7? I couldn't find the answer on here and I need to know so I can call this guy today before someone snatches that car up! Thanks.

Never mind, found it. While this thread is up, does anyone know how to delete a thread like this one that doesn't need to be up anymore?

Here's the how to on it:

Essentially the same for a 2.7, except your dealing with a timing chain instead of a belt, and you may have to swap exhaust manifolds for EGR purposes...
