Chrysler Cust. Care - time to bitch out my service department
My 5star service department are a bunch of assholes. They think they are holyier than god cause they are busy, and service SO MANY cars a day. They make me wait weeks to schedule a lousy oil change. And then they refuse to take my car because I showed up at 9:45 (on my appointment day)... because they only accept cars between 7:30 and 9am. He claims he told me i need to be there by 9, but he never said that. Then i complain to the service manager and he is a bigger dick than the advisor.
Also... I made the appointment on April 7th... and they said the EARLIEST they could get me in was today (the 21st). Yet my dad calls on Thursday the 10th to make the same appointment, and they give him the 17th. ROFL! I ask the service advisor why my dad gets a sooner appointment... and he says QUOTE "oh we prioritize "new" cars... and we push you aside". I ask him how long is a car considered "new" and he says one year. When i told him my dad bought his 2002 in Nov. 2001... which makes his car 18 months old... he felt stupid and gave me some stupid reason why he got in sooner.
I wanna bitch them out to Chrysler. Does anyone have a number I can call... or even better a good contact?
It really blows that i have to deal with a bunch of assholes there, and even after my warranty is up... i have a DC service contract so I am stuck going back there (unless I choose another dealer).
Im gonna threaten Chrysler by telling them im gonna sell back my service contract unless they rectify this situation. Why should I have a Chrysler service contract if im gonna get crap service. Ill just sell it back and have Chrysler send me $700 buks which would be the pro-rated difference on what I paid for it.
