License plate replacement

I just moved from IL to PA so I no longer need/have a front license plate. It'd look stupid if I took down the license plate holder to leave exposed holes in the front bumper.

Sooo, my question is what and where can I find a Dodge or Dodge Intrepid emblem to replace my front license plate?

Autozone or Pep Boys or something similar. They have a big ram head on a chrome plate, and looks pretty cool.

I would remove the bracket and not have anything up front, it just spoils the front of the car anyway.

I was just wondering why you moved to PA I live in Pitsburgh and this state is definatly not car friendly. The raods are the worst in the contry and they have stupid laws dealing with window tint, neons and stickers. Just wondering.

Oh I definalty beleve that for sure! I know where my mom lives in the suburbs of Pittsburgh with in 2 blocks of my house there is a 70 buick regal 454 daul 4 barrel, 68 camaro ss and a 68 mustang. My friends parents have some nice old cars too including 66 gto, gto judge, 440 duster pro mod, 69 mustang, and a 32 ford. If you live any where near Pittsburgh you shoudl try to make it to the SAE International car show. It is awsome. It just so happens that SAE's world HQ is in Cranberry. They have a large show and is one of the nicest I've ever been to.

Only problem with is like he already said, there will be 3 big holes in the front bumper facia. Before mine got replaced after an accident I removed mine and tried to fill/cover the holes, but it still looked like ass. I made sure they didn't mount the holder to the new facia. Now I'm just waiting to see how long I can go without a ticket for one...

Thanks for the input gents.

The reason I moved to PA was because of my girliefriend. I graduated from college a little under a year ago and she's from PA. Sooo, I got a job around Philly doing chemical engineering applications for a small company. She graduated with me, but is doing another year to get a second major. I'm gonna have a complex when she holds more degrees than me.

Can't agree with you more when you say PA roads suck. I would welcome the big city potholes compared to some of the crap I've seen around here. I'm convinced the good ole' Chrylser chassis couldn't even handle a smoothe road though.

To Pep Boys or something similar for a big chrome Ram head...

Get creative TT, make something up to cover those holes, but for sure take off that front holder. They hide the best part of the Dodge identity, the grill. I'm glad MI doesn't make us have 2. God knows i would get pulled over twice as much just for my plate.

I think leaving on the plate holder is worse than two little holes. I took mine off the next day after I bought the Trep. Someday I'll get around to filling in the holes.

Everytime I cross the boarder into the U.S. (except the international meet) I always remove the front plate and bracket, it's like I setting it free, to look like it was meant to.

Geez, the pressure mounts to remove the bracket. Just so everyone knows, I do have more holes in my bumper than everyone else...when I got the car the holder was falling off so I had to mount either 2 or 4 new screws to tighten it up (don't remember how many for sure). If memory serves, it was a crapshoot as far as avoiding airbag sensors and I lucked out.

Some people like to "swiss cheese" the airbox for higher flow. If I take off the license plate bracket, it'll look like I swiss cheesed my front bumper.
