Which deck should i buy?

Ok deck buying time is here again and i need some advice to what deck i should go with. ive got it down to three decks they are as follows, the input of our memebers will determine what deck i go with.

1.Pioneer DEH-P8500mp http://www.crutchfield.com/S-pxDb8Lu...p?i=130DEHP850

2.Alpine CDA-9815 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-a7tqHDp...p?I=500CDA9815

3.Kenwood KDC-X869 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-CLJD2B9...p?I=113KDCX869

p.s. i wont be buying any of these decks from crutchfield but will just be using them as a reference guide. im kinda leaning with the pioneer, what do you think?

I was going to say the Alpine, but that Kenwood is pretty nice too.

The Alpine requires a direct connection to the battery because of its high power internal amp. But it also has the most powerful internal amp of the 3. If your going to amp your mids, you can get away with turning off the internal amp, and just using stock wiring.

For the best SQ go with the Alpine, you want the best for looks go with the Pioneer, you want the cheapest deck that does neither too well go with the Kenwood. Well all I can say is AT LEAST the Kenwood advertises RMS values on that deck. That is the first time I have seen them go with RMS values!

I personally would go with the Alpine, 2nd place: Pioneer, 3rd place: JVC, 4th place: Kenwood

Yeah, I think the Alpine and Pioneer are the best too. I just have a personal preference over any Kenwood. My friend has that Pioneer though and it looks real nice.

I can't say anything about the Alpine or Kenwood, but I've got the same Pioneer deck already in mine and I love it. It powers my Infinitys by itself and has no problems. Plus its sound enhancing abilities are very good and easy to use. The extra bonus is the Organic EL, which is very entertaining for all my friends. If you want to get this one, make sure you find their "Premier" line for like $10 extra or something because you'll get a steering wheel remote instead of the credit card sized one.

Thats a good suggestion. I didnt realise it wasn't a Premier. The Premier version is the 850MP.

The zeb has it for $350.

I'd go with the Pioneer. That is one bad-azz deck!

The pioneer is pretty... but i dont know if i trust the name all that well. Id stick with the alpine. You know you can rarely go wrong with their products!

I love my Pioneer. Does the job for me.

Alpines are just too "bland looking" for my taste... no matter how much the supposed SQ is better. The EL displays on the Pioneers are real sweet.
