Question Brightest miniature light bulbs

Just wondering if anyone knew which bulbs were brightest to use for back-up/stop lights. I have a 1999 Concorde Lxi, and I'm interested in replacing my old incandescent bulbs with brighter ones. The replacements can be either incandescent or LED.
I bought some GE Nighthawk 3157 bulbs to try in the tail lights, and they don't appear to be much different than my old bulbs.
I tried searching on eBay for LED replacements, but I can't figure out which ones are best. I searched for Cree, SMD, and LED.

If I end up finding brighter replacements, then I might change out my turn signal bulbs as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Look on eBay for some 3157 smd leds and you should be happy.

I have them in mine and i really like the light output and clarity.
