If you don't feel like reading this long post, just take this bit of advice and DO NOT BUY FROM TEAM-PERFORMANCE.COM OR GOFASTPARTS.COM.
I purchased $100 worth of stuff from these people two months ago and have yet to receive anything.
The first time I called customer service, I waited on hold for 20 minutes, and then talked to a guy who said there was a problem with my order (GTS isn't selling headlight covers anymore, so they need to ship Lund covers) and that he would sort it out and call me back in an hour. Did he ever call me back? Nope.
I was busy, so I didn't get a chance to call back until the next week. Waited on hold for 20 minutes again, talked to the same guy who said it should be shipping that next Monday. Cool.
So I wait a couple more weeks. Nothing comes. I call them again and talk to a girl this time who says that she needs to switch the part numbers from GTS to Lund. Why the hell wasn't this done two months ago?! She says it will ship that following Monday.
Two weeks later, did it ever come? Nope. So I look them up on the Better Business Bureau website and, sure enough, here is what I found:

The company responds in some cases by issuing refunds or credits, or shipping orders. One complaint remains unresolved, meaning the complainant is not satisfied with the company's responses. Other complaints remain unanswered.

So, it looks like I am yet another victim. I plan on calling them on Tuesday, although I'm not quite sure how I am going to handle it...At first, I wanted to bitch them out, but then it looks like it might be less likely I'll get my stuff if I just piss them off. And I'm not sure how much legal action I will actually be able to take since I don't have much evidence (my order confirmation email was deleted).
Telling them I'll report them to the BBB doesn't sound like it will scare them since it looks like it has been done plenty of times before. I might tell them I plan on reporting them to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC), although I don't know how effective that will be.
Whatever the case, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE TWO WEBSITES:
