Question Aluminum Fuel Door?

Greeting All!
I have been reading these fourums for a little while now, but this is my 1st post.
Does anyone know if there is an aluminum fuel door (Like the ones on the PT Crusiers) available for a 2004 Intrepid?
I've found some for Mustangs and hummers, but none for 'Treps.
I've even found a pretty neat looking vinyl one for a silverado, but I don't know if it would fit my car (or even look decent).

Dcrepid00 has done a fuel door modification to his Intrepid. Contact him for more details.

Yes, there are 2004 Intrepids...they just stopped making them last week.

Whereabouts in Canada are you from?

There aren't many aftermarket parts for us Intrepid guys/girls.....I say FORTUNATELY because there is sooooooo much stuff you can do without even having specialty parts. I have spent entirely too much $$$ already :p

A vinyl decal for your fuel door? Wow...that's even more "Ricey" than an aluminum one!

The vinyl decal will not fit properly on the fuel door. I already tried it.

WOW! Ricey! That's pretty harsh lol.
I live in Windsor Ont. Home of the mini-van
I thought I might like the look because my other love is aviation NOT "Riceies"
and yes there are 2004's. I just bought mine last Thurs.
Either that or I got ripped off! hehe!

Did you want that dumb fuel door decal, or did you want to do the actual door mod??

DCREPID00 (Kevin's) fuel door mod is stainless steel or aircraft aluminum, I forget which, and he custom fabricated it. It is, unfortunately, one-of-a-kind.

I was hoping to get an actual aluminum door, but was looking to see if any fit right in as I don't want to cut into my sheetmetal untill the waranty is up. (3 yrs) Thanks anyway!

Sorry! Didn't mean it to be...uh...mean! I just don't care for the look...especially a decal. There are just too many little ricers around with goofy looking fuel doors. Our Treps have too much class for that look in my opinion... ...just my $.02
