question???

I'm not sure if this is the norm or what, but when my intrepid is running and idling at between 700-800rpms in park, and I give it a quick shot of gas (on &off pedal), my foot is off the pedal as it is just starting to increase rpms and then it slowly drops back down to the 700-800rpm, is this the norm for these cars or is something getting sticky/stuck??

Thanks for the help!

That is what mine does. Hey, if its running fine, don't worry about it. But if it is starting to cause problems, I might start looking for a vacuum leak or something. More than likely its fine, because that seems to be the thing most of us are experiencing.

I would keep on eye on it for almost stalling running rough etc...possible vaccumm leak...or a cracked seal...could even just be a sensor...Also with the excess moisture starting up...Just inform us of more detail if possible if it gets worse other than that seems fine for now...
