When will DC be sued...

...over these Hemi commercials. I mean the ones with the knuckle-heads and the, "That thing gotta Hemi?" They then apparently drag race on a public street. I can't believe some bozo hasn't raced, wrecked, and sued yet.

I dunno where this came from, must be the wine...

Must be that IOM thing ... congrats!

But the point of the post who cares about Hemi's it's just a marketing ploy. Did you notice any kind of disclaimer about racing? If not then your probably right it has lawsuit written all over it.

Yeah that's a dumb commercial. I agree, it seems that the entire Chrysler marketting department has their heads up their asses.

Have you ever seen a good Chrysler commercial? I don't recall ever seeing a really good one

Personally I did like the one with the dual sliding Minivan Doors and the kid throws the snowball...That was kind of funny/cute/something like that...I thought. Yes DC has some real lame commercials though...need something to talk about (hopefully extremely funny one comercial and then next real cool like...grabs attention but nothing demeaning etc...

personally i think all car commercials have sucked lately. If i hear the words "only this truck deserves to be the next F150" one more time while im trying to watch a damn football game, i think im gonna flip. The Dodge durango "Hemi" commercial was kinda cute the first time i saw it, but now that damn kid is just getting annoying.

Do you really believe they SHOULD be sued? Or are you just suprised they haven't been yet?

Three words. Freedom of Speech.

There were a few good commercials for the 300M... and a couple that came out for the Concorde after it started looking like the LHS.

I think those commercial are getting kind of old. I was watching the football game and their were three dodge commercials in a row. All three of them said "That thing gotta Hemi?". Come on, I think I caught on it the first time!

DAIMLERCHRYSLER HAS DUMPED pop diva Celine Dion as a spokesperson for its cars, but not to worry. Her heart will go on . . . and on . . . and on . . .

First. We don't have to worry 'bout Celine Dion commercials any more cause DCX fired her too! (Wanna start a petition? hehe)
P.S. the above statement was published in the Detroit Freepress, I'm not giving out classified news.
second.
There was one Chrysler commercial that I really liked. It was the one were they show all kinds of sports cars looking like Porsches and Lambourghinis and talk about how the car you drive has always been seen as a symbol of a man's verillity(sp), then they show a guy standing next to his mini-van with a bunch of kids getting in it. I was LMAO when I seen it. You can't show much more verillity than havin a van load of kids!
