wiper scratch

Anyone, please help.

I bought this car with a wiper scratch from the outter edge of a pass side wiper. Basically it is going from lower right corner, up to the mid center.

It does not intrude and is not visible 3/4 of the time, but still, I don't like it.

Is there anything to fill it it?

Also does anyone have a spare tan inside door handle from driver side rear door?

here's my suggested "repair"

-check automobile glass coverage, verify you have no deductible on glass

-call your insurance company and tell them you were at the mall and when you came out you had a cracked windshield

-"accidentally" drop a brick or hammer on your windshield, the crack must be longer than a dollar bill

-stand back and watch your new windshield be installed

keep in mind this method may not be for everyone and that I of course would never do this

Joe, I will keep this in mind. I also want to avoid any insurance premium jumps.

I have had several windshields replaced in the last 5 years and have never had a premium increase due to it

If your insurance company raises rates due to this you need to shop for a new company

I'd have to say that I don't do insurance fraud...unless of course I ever need a new Windshield. I wonder if the insurance companies could find this.

that would suck

Is the scratch deep enough to detect with a fingernail? If not, it may be only a scuff and an auto glass repair can probably buff it out for minimal cost.
