Plenty of discussion on the topic, just hit the search button.
You'll find info on air box replacement (intake), platinum plugs, cat-back dual exhaust, and slotted/drilled rotors & performance pads. Some people also put on stiffer struts.
Change your oil for Mobil1. There is a school of thought that the 2.7 may have a oiling problem resulting in sludged (restricted) oil guides/passages. M1 or another ***100%*** synthetic along with religious filter changes would likely take care of that.
If you haven't had your tranny and radiator power-flushed, serviced, and fresh-filled, get them done as soon as you find a coupon from a service garage. The life and performance of the tranny is *very* sensitive to quality/age of fluid while the water pump is equally sensitive to the age and type of coolant.
In both cases use *exactly* what's called for in the service book not some inferior product with an additive that the local grease monkey 'swears' will bring the bad stuff up to Chrysler spec. That means real ATF+4 in the tranny and a 'HOAT' coolant like Zerex G-05 or the genuine Chrysler stuff.
There is obviously a lot you can do with electrics. The usual high-end audio, running lights, LEDs, show-car lighting under the hood and in the trunk, etc, etc. Search.
If you are going to do your own work get a torque wrench that adjusts down to inch/lbs and use it on everything. Get a service book that includes torque ratings for everything including spark plugs and oil pan plugs.
The 2.7 isn't going to win many (if any) street races but you can dress it up and go to town with detailing the interior, under hood, and exterior. The 'shape' of the Trep in prety unique and responds well to TLC.
