Open Window = Door Ajar?!

Ok... New problem (I know... I'm a pain).
For the past week, when ever I stop with any descent brake pressure, my door ajar/interior lights have been flickering on/off...
This morning... I started the car, rolled the window down, and it stayed on... Just for the heck of it, I rolled the window up, and it went off, put it down just a crack, and it came back on. Now, the switch ifor the door is on the frame, and has no connection (to my knowledge) to the windows...

Has anyone else had this problem, or a wiring schematic for the doors/windows?

It's really annoying during the day, and can be blinding at night!

Doors aren't latching right, or you need new sensors in the doors.

There is a button in the door that it pushes when its shut. It's right under the latch.

You can bearly see it at the bottom of this picture:

I've located the switch already, taken a look at it, and because of the window part, I don't think it's the switch - I don't see any co-relation between the switch and the window.
I'm probably taking a half day (unless I can talk my boss into a full day), and I'll take a look at the switch itself...
How would you suggest I get to it? It looks like I have to take off the plastic moulding inside to get to it, unless someone knows an idea of getting it out from the door jam...

Most likely all you need to do is loosen the latch screws and tap the latch loop IN a few hairs. The door probably isn't closing completely, so it's not pushing the switch in as much as it should be.

Why does it turn the lights on when the window is rolled down? Well, probably because when the window is down, the pressure that the window has on the door framing is no longer there. The door does flex a small amount when the windows are in their full up position due to this pressure...

Just my thoughts on the subject...

!OH, one more thing! Check the screws that hold the latch part in place; the one that is mounted IN THE DOOR. I had a similar problem with my passenger front door where the lights would come on randomly while driving down the road. I found my problem to be a loose latch in the door. Tightened up those screws and my problem went away...

My Neon R/T started to do the same thing a few days ago. I unscrewed the switch and but some black tape on the connection and that took care of it. It seemed to be grounding on the door frame.
