should just unbolt from the bottom of the trunk lid, but then you have the holes to deal with.

You could get a new trunk lid or just get a different spoiler that would cover up the holes.

When my spoiler got ripped off the car, I bought some big plastic trim plugs, sanded them, painted them with touchup paint and siliconed them in place to cover the holes. Not the best solution, but it worked until I could afford a new spoiler.
