225/60/16 Falken Ziex 512

Looking for opinions on these tires, need a new set for the wife's car. (97 Intrepid)

Any thoughts? Has anyone run them? How do they do in the snow? Is $270 for 4 a good price? (free shipping)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=66474

I already ordered them, just wanted some feedback.

Thanks.

Kevin

www.tiresavings.com has them for $56 ish each. I have 2 of them on my car and am about to get 2 more to replace the 2 Goodyears i have on my car. I never drive in the snow so i have no opinions on that. They seem pretty reasonable tires for general day to day use.

Had them on my Neon R/T, a very good tire dry and rain. No good in the snow though.

Can't help on anything but price--that's a great price on any tire in this size.

I run Falken Ziex (502 series) 245/45-17's on my Trep. The 512 series replaced the 502's and are supposed to be even better. I ran mine all year last year, even through the winter and loved them. No problems in our Utah snow, in fact they handled better than the stock 15's. They're a nice tire for the price, IMHO.
