Radio just died..What Gives?

Hi

I hope this was posted in the correct place, but for some reason my factory installed radio just died in my 94 Intrepid. Everything was working fine when all of a sudden I heard this loud snap and the whole radio just went dead. When I went to check the fuse box, the 10A radio fuse was fine. I decided to check ALL the fuses and found that the interior light fuse was blown. Everytime I tried replacing it, the fuse blows again right away. What gives

Ya lucked out!Good thing his car didn't engulf in flames--
