Anybody with 50k+ on their Trep:

My owner's manual says to check and replace as necessary every 30k miles. But I know the one in my old '96 Concorde lasted at least 45k. I just replaced it and I've seen that many miles on the car. Who knows when the last owner replaced it - if ever ...?

Almost 69K on a 2000 R/T (3.5).....never even looked at it. Perhaps I should. Man, I got a lot of things to check this spring.

93-3.3 at 126k miles, only did it because I was doing plugs, wires, and other stuff, so figured why not

I replaced mine as soon as I bought the car (about 60k miles), and then again when I broke the PCV tube this past summer...Be careful with those things! They get brittle!

Replaced mine at 100K. It seemed to be working fine up to that point.

The one on the Concorde was still working good - but at 110k I figured it was time - my daughter would never know if the thing went bad ... :(

I usually replace at around 60K. I've never found one gunked up tho, so I'm sure they can go longer unless your engine has a lot of blowby to foul it up. Forget the advice about cleaning with carb cleaner. All service manuals I've seen say not to do this, for whatever reason.
