Anyway she is having trouble getting it into park, It comes really close but sometimes it will not go all the way in. Is there any secrets to this, any adjustment or anything the shifter feels kinda tight all the way through the gears it just doesnt feel smooth!! Any way any help would be Great!!!!! Thanks!!!!

If it's a '96 it's NOT a 3.2L engine ;) 3.2L was available from '98-'01

Maybe 3.3L?

is it a collumn shifter or a floor shifter?

sounds like it may need an adjustment, or, do you live in the snowbelt and have snow backed around the tranny, it may just need parked in a warm garage and melted.
