ATC problem 98 Concorde

The fan/blower of my climate control (ATC) in my 98 Concorde is going to fast and I'm not able to make it go slower. Temperature is okay, but the noise of the blower going to fast is driving me crazy. Does anybody know what is going on?

I already checked this:
I checked the small fan of the sensor, it was okay.
When I switch the ATC from automatic to manual, I have a good readout. On Manual nothing happens when I turn the switch.
When I turn the ATC off, the blower speed even seems to get faster.
I also checked for fault codes, but none were found.

I hope you or someone else can give me more instructions to find and solve the problem.

ATC problem

I vaguely remember the "fast fan" in my 99 ES. Try changing the fuse, EVEN if it looks good. It worked for me.

I checked the fuse, but unfortunately this didn't cause the problem. :-(

My technical English isn't very good. Somebody told me: 'There are no Resistor's user in the ATC System.'

This person on another forum also told me today:

'If you check around the air ducts near the blower you will find a Transistor Module and this controls the Fan Motor Speed.
What has happened is the Transistor is shorted and is no longer able to control voltage & current in the Fan Motor Circuit.'

Now I only have to know where I can find this Transistor module. What do you think?

Update: the problem was caused by a broken blower module, the local Chrysler dealer put a new one in my car last week.

Congratulations! I wouldn't have had the faintest idea what a blower module was. I would have had to have taken it to a dealer myself as well. Have a pleasant day!
