Changing the engine

Hi,

I have a 1999 intrepid and my engine is dead, so I have to change it.
The engine is 2.7 L so I have a question: it is possible to replace it with a 3.2 engine

Thanks,

i was talking about this with a member, has anyone successfully installed a 3.2/3.5L in a 2.7 vehicle, i think we were talking about a 98. Because it seems that it would work but some codes would be on all the time (CEL). Something about the circuitry in the two vehicles.

Can this be confirmed?

Thanks

Consider it confirmed!

If you have a 98-01 you need the engine out of a 98-01 and the same for 02-04. The wiring and a couple other things changed. It
