Anybody ever run E85 in their non-FFV?

Just wondering if anyone has actually done this. I heard from a station owner the most E85 sales are to non-FFV's. I was wondering if they try it once and regret it, or if it actually runs well.

I have heard all the theories on why you can't do this, but I was wondering if anybody has actually done it (more than once).

e85 is extremely bad for non-flex fuel vehicles.. it eats rubber and plastic for lunch.
