Been having the same problem, fluid is up and it only happens when the weather gets to 50 F or below. Have seen threads that have addressed thi problem and it seems there is an o-ring problem in the tranny. I've dealt with this for a few winters now. I just rev it up in park a couple of times after starting, then I'll hold my foot on brake and run shifter thru all gears up and down twice, not very fast, then back into park, and then into gear I wish to move into and it works out fine. Just my experience , maybe it will also help you!
